Malayalee Catholic Congregation of St. Mary's Church, Dubai celebrated the feast of St. Thomas, The Apostles of India, on 1st July 2010 with Holy Mass, Ladeenj followed by procession and distribution of Nercha. The main celebrant was Archbishop of Trichur Mar Andrews Thazhath. Thousands of devotees attended and received blessings of the Saint.
     
   
              The 3rd UAE National Nurses Meet (The Great Call) was held on the 5th of December at the Main Hall of St.Mary’s Church, Dubai.Over 1000 Nurses from all the Emirates of the UAE attended.                   Malayalee Catholic Charismatic Group, St. Marys Church, Dubai celelbrated their Silver Jubilee on Wednesday, 2nd December 2009.

          Malalyalee Catholic Congregation celebrated St.Thomas Feast on 2nd July 2009 at St. Mary's Church, Dubai with Concelebrated Solemn High Mass and procession around the church followed by fellowship. The Main Celebrants were Emeritus Archbishop Mar Joseph Powathil, Changanassery Archdiocese and HE Bishop Paul Hinder, Ap. Vicar of Arabia

After twelve years of dedicated service at St. Mary's Church Dubai (June1997 - June 2009) Rev. Fr. Peter is leaving
St. Mary'sChurch, Dubai for an assignment as Parish Priest in the Catholic Church of our Lady of Rosary, Doha, Qatar. He served as the Assistant Parish Priest and the Spiritual Director of the Malayalee Catholic Congregation for 7 years. He has since then served as Parish Priest for five years. In acknowledgement of his
services to the community, and as an expression of our deepest gratitude, the Malayalee Catholic Congregation offered a thanksgiving Mass on Thursday18th June 2009 and felicitated him.
